The Datacard SP55 Plus ID card printer is the fastest printer to make great ID cards. It can print single sided cards up to 190 cards per hour. This way you can accomplish your task quickly, and start another task.
Added Security
With the SP55 Plus, you can keep your accessories safe by buying the optional Kensington lock. The Kensington lock secures the input card hopper and the printer to the workstation. This way no one will get away with stealing your supplies or the printer.
Connect to a Network
You get the added benefit to be able to connect to a network. The Datacard SP55 Plus comes standard with a USB port, but you can add the Ethernet port at the back. This will allow your printer to be connected to a network through which any user can send the print command.
Multiple Encoding
There are a number of encoding technologies you can use for high-impact cards. You can issue personalized contact or contactless smart cards, encode bar codes and magnetic stripes, imprint sharp pictures, and print one side or double sided cards.
