It is very light and portable, weighing only nine pounds; making it fit any desktop. It designs great-looking plastic ID cards using Advanced Imaging Technology. This technology produces edge to edge images, fine texts, full- or one-color photos, and graphics across the card surface. The technology uses optimized print ribbons and user-adjustable controls to yield smooth, uniform and solid backgrounds, improved color matching with image capture devices, enhanced bar code printing and sharp reproduction of edges and fine text. You can install it anywhere, and print on the spot through the USB. With the Datacard SP35 Plus, you can print a standard bar code, integrate magnetic stripe encoding and smart card personalization. With the Datacard SP35 Plus ID card printer, you can make great ID cards. It uses Advanced Imaging Technology to print full-color or monochrome cards. This technology uses Direct to card dye-sublimation and edge-to-edge coverage to print outstanding cards.
Bigger Input Card Hopper
The bigger size of the input card hopper allows you to do multi-tasking. The input card hopper accepts 100 cards at a time allowing you to do other tasks while it prints. This is beneficial for you as you can accomplish a number of tasks in the same period.
Intelligent Driver
The installed printer driver allows you to do fine tuning. It is an intelligent printer driver that automatically adjusts itself to the new ribbons, and monitors diagnostics. It allows you to fine-tune badge quality with image and color controls, perform tests and connect to an online help center. All the great features you would need in a driver.
Visual Status
You will know the status of your SP35 Plus card printer. It works with the driver to send status messages. If there is an error, you will be notified, and you can take care of it to reduce down time.
